Meet Alice

Alice uses nature-based holistic counselling as an approach that integrates the healing power of nature with traditional therapeutic practices - but with a powerfully mystical twist: she uses the spiritual wisdom and practices of her ancestors to truly enhance and enrich your journey.
My interest in nature-based holistic healing practices began when I was diagnosed with trauma-induced chronic health conditions in my mid 20s, and through my own healing I've learnt that having a deeper connection with nature and spirituality has helped not only my wellbeing but also my personal growth and self-discovery journey.
Having been introduced to crystals as a child and later coming across a set of runes, I knew this was a path I wanted to explore more of. In 2024 I had a spiritual awakening which led to major transformation and inner work, and in 2025 I finally realised why I've always been drawn to nature, the mountains, and Celtic & Norse spirituality.
Noticing my physical health and inner self was soothed every time I went out into nature, I discovered the magical healing affect that nature has on people.
So in 2025, I created Solstice Spirituality as a way to combine my ancestral, spiritual wisdom and my academic knowledge of sustainable mountain development by making it simple and easy to incorporate holistic wellbeing practices into your daily routine.

How it all began
Solstice's Story
I've always been drawn to Pagan spirituality, finding it fascinating and deeply resonating with a love for nature and something otherworldly.
My favourite time of year is both the Summer and Winter Solstices. The Solstice symbolises new beginnings, renewal, light and darkness, and the cycle of the seasons - reminding us to turn inward and find what is needed in your life to grow and evolve. It's a time for self-reflection and growth in order to become the best version of yourself, ultimately leading you to your life's purpose whatever that may be.
It was on a Summer Solstice that everything changed for me after an encounter. This person woke me up to I am on a soul level and the magic I hold within. After embarking on a transformative journey of personal growth, deepening my own spiritual practices and connecting more with nature and the outdoors, I discovered what it is I came onto Earth to do.
My Mission & Purpose
I came here to share my spiritual gifts and wisdom through my own lived experiences. My purpose is to contribute to raising awareness and consciousness of nature-based spiritual practices that can enhance people’s mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing, allowing people to explore different practices that resonate with them in order to find more meaning, purpose, and connection in their own lives, as well as a way to connect with nature and ancient practices that can still be used today for healing, wellbeing and guidance.
